At Virtus Care we are rigorous in our back ground check, we require a substantial amount of references and perform DBS checks on all of our employees. The reason we do these checks is so we know without a doubt the nature and experience of our employees, ensuring they are all trustworthy, reliable and excellent.
Ongoing training is a key staple in our operations to ensure high quality services from our carers. Our training is done in-house by our lovely family centered owners to ensure everybody is far above standard. The qualifications and certificates carers receive from our training will ensure our carers are ready for any situation.
At Virtus we are big believers in having a tight knit community feel among our carers and staff. outside of training we have regular supervision, meetings, reflective sessions and regular direct contact with the management team who are available at all times. There are also progression paths and incentives for those who excel.
