Our care team.

The care team at Virtus are the people who are truly responsible for our excellent reputation around London. Our carers are trained to go above and beyond for all of our clients, and are often seen as friends and family rather than carers because of the strong bond our carers have with the people they care for.

Become a carer

Our team is second to none.

Selection process

Virtus Care take a unique approach to hiring new carers, while experience and previous training is important, while we are selecting carers our key focus is on their personalities and mannerisms, because Virtus carers stand out by friendly and outgoing.

Background checks

At Virtus Care we are rigorous in our back ground check, we require a substantial amount of references and perform DBS checks on all of our employees. The reason we do these checks is so we know without a doubt the nature and experience of our employees, ensuring they are all trustworthy, reliable and excellent.

Regular training

Ongoing training is a key staple in our operations to ensure high quality services from our carers. Our training is done in-house by our lovely family centered owners to ensure everybody is far above standard. The qualifications and certificates carers receive from our training will ensure our carers are ready for any situation.

Ongoing support

At Virtus we are big believers in having a tight knit community feel among our carers and staff. outside of training we have regular supervision, meetings, reflective sessions and regular direct contact with the management team who are available at all times. There are also progression paths and incentives for those who excel.
